The filing
Build a schedule from affirmative category answers or read a text-layer FL-142 locally. Totals are computed from rows, missing values stay visible, and a second schedule can be reconciled against the first.
The law and the trade
Matter facts trigger specific California issue spotting. The division engine includes debts, keeps excluded property visible, produces multiple equal face-value allocations, models editable effective-value assumptions and tests funding.
The draft
The selected allocation—not a stale copy—feeds a working agreement. Unresolved findings and human-only decisions remain explicit. The public product exports drafts and never represents that a typed name or number is legal review.
The privacy architecture
There is no account and no server-side matter store. PDFs and saved matters are processed locally; closing the tab clears working memory unless the user deliberately downloads a local save file. A restrictive content-security policy blocks network connections from the application.
Continue the workflow
The public product has nowhere to send a client file
Technical privacy design for Community Property: local PDF processing, no accounts, no analytics, no matter database and locked-down network access.
Deterministic calculations, visible assumptions, primary sources
