Text-layer FL-142 files are parsed from their page geometry in the browser. Extracted asset totals are compared with the form’s stated line 18. Composed forms calculate totals from entries instead of accepting typed totals.
Reconciliation and analysis
Potential matches use durable identifiers and descriptions, retain a confidence measure and preserve value/date differences. Legal issue spotting is rule-based against explicit matter facts and cites primary authority; it does not ask a language model to invent an answer.
Allocation and drafting
The allocation engine targets the applicable face-value split, includes debts, records excluded unvalued items, computes equalization and tests funding. Effective value is a separate assumption layer. Draft clauses are assembled from the chosen allocation and remain marked as drafts.
