A better workpaper for the financial side of divorce

Property cases become expensive when facts, law, numbers and drafting live in separate documents that quietly disagree.

The product thesis

The disclosure schedule should be the source of truth for the property workflow. If a balance changes, the reconciliation, analysis, division and draft should change with it. If an issue is unresolved, the draft should not launder it into certainty.

Why local processing

Family-law financial records are unusually sensitive and unusually valuable. The first public product avoids the collection problem instead of building a database and promising to secure it. This also keeps the tool fast: calculations run while people are talking.

Current scope

The present scope is California property disclosure and settlement work centered on FL-142. It is educational and workflow software, not a law firm, attorney-client relationship or replacement for counsel.
